A class that brings together all levels and all ages, from 13 to 113 years old. It is led by choreographer Petur Iliev, a professional dancer and artistic director of the Bulgarica Dance School.

Ethno Cardio is a dynamic workout that combines Bulgarian folk rhythms, dance, and cardio exercises. It is suitable for all levels and requires no prior experience. It helps improve tone, coordination, and overall physical fitness. It's a fun way to move, de-stress, and recharge with positive energy. The training takes place in a friendly and motivating atmosphere that will inspire you to return every week.

Latin Night at Bulgarica, Mount Prospect: salsa lesson for beginners and party with DJ Shinny - every second Friday. Entrance $10. Come without a partner!

Ballroom dance classes for adults with Ivan Pensov – every Friday starting August 2025, 6:00 PM, at Bulgarica Center. Cha-cha, samba, rumba, tango, waltz, jive. $25 per lesson, registration required.

The small group size allows us to feel close to others, see our friends, laugh and celebrate each of our victories!

Bulgarica Dance Group was founded in 2018 by a group of friends with one common ideal - to keep the Bulgarian spirit alive. Together we dance and build on our skills, showing the audience the richness of Bulgarian folklore. During rehearsals we study specific dances and combinations from different folk regions of Bulgaria.
