"In its pure form, love finds expression only in the mind of the creator. And even there it flows into the colourfulness of human nature and gives birth to a palette of passions and deeds portrayed by the greatest authors of all time. Envy and jealousy, pain and fear, anger and thirst for revenge rage in music, verse and paintings. And yet the true sense of love wins when forgiveness grows to long-suffering, self-giving brings joy, and the beauty of hope gives birth to immortality.
True love is immortal. It extends into that world which begins where illusions and dreams end, beyond life and death, beyond good and evil, beyond pleasure and pain. Love is the fruit of the tree of knowledge of which God said, "If you taste of this fruit, you will become godly."
