Attendance
a. Every member is responsible for signing the attendance sheet
b. Every member should choose their main class and if he/she has to change that class, they have to notify the group leaders/instructors
c. Make-up classes should be taken by the end of the month
d. Classes won’t be held on National Holidays
e. Changes in the schedules will be announced in advance by the instructors and in Bulgarica internal group chats.
Values and Principles
a. Members should treat each other and the instructors with dignity and respect
b. Members should keep the premises clean and organized
c. Additional charges may apply if a member damages Bulgarica’s property
Rental policy
a. Members are eligible for discounted rates when renting Bulgarica’s studio
b. All rental requests should be made at least 30 days in advance
