Opening of the New Class - the First Class Is Free
Join the first INSIDEMOVE - Inner Movement class with Nataliya Ripinskaya! It is a new body and mind program that combines dynamic stretching, some Pilates elements, isolations, wave techniques, hand work and more.
The focus is on the sensations in the body. Each movement is done calmly and at your own pace. This releases tension, improves flexibility and balance, helps you unwind after the working day and reconnect with yourself.
The class is suitable for all levels - no previous experience is required.
